Baja Broadband does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Federal law requires Web Site operators who collect personal information from those under age 13 to first get parental consent, and children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to Baja Broadband or to anyone else.

The information gathered by Baja Broadband is either: (1) information voluntarily supplied by visitors to the Baja Broadband Web Site or (2) by tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through the site.

A Baja Broadband Web Site visitor provides information when registering (e.g., name, e-mail address, sex, age and, for example, individual interests in exploring the world wide web).
