Web Site. It includes an explanation of how the information that identifies
you is collected; who collects the information; how the information
is used; with whom the information may be shared; options that you have
relating to such collection, use, and distribution of the information;
the types of security procedures that Baja Broadband has instituted
to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information; and how you
can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Questions regarding this statement should be directed to Baja Broadband

Baja Broadband does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information
from children under the age of 13. Federal law requires Web Site operators
who collect personal information from those under age 13 to first get
parental consent, and children should always get permission from their
parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their
names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to Baja
Broadband or to anyone else.
The information gathered by Baja Broadband is either: (1) information
voluntarily supplied by visitors to the Baja Broadband Web Site or (2)
by tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through the site.
A Baja Broadband Web Site visitor provides information when registering
(e.g., name, e-mail address, sex, age and, for example, individual interests
in exploring the world wide web). The information helps Baja Broadband
offer a better Web Site and service. If you do not want you personally
identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to CCB.
Baja Broadband does not sell, share or disclose personally identifiable
information collected through its web site and server with other companies
or organizations, unless required by law or to protect the safety of
customers, communities or property. If Baja Broadband decides to share
the personally identifiable information collected from its website and
server with third parties, except as described above, Baja Broadband
will provide advanced notification to web site and server users and
give them the opportunity to express that they do not want personally
identifiable information shared with third parties.
Baja Broadband may use a browser software feature, called a "cookie,"
to assign each visitor a unique, random number that resides in a file
on the visitor's computer. The cookie does not identify a visitor, but
only the computer that the visitor uses to access the Baja Broadband
site. This does not personally identify the visitor.
Baja Broadband uses cookies to make the Baja Broadband Web Site more
responsive to the needs of visitors. Examples of the use of cookies
includes those that track specific Baja Broadband website pages accessed
by visitors. You may program your browser not to accept cookies, but
this may interfere with your enjoyment of personalized site features.
The Baja Broadband web servers automatically collect limited information
about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP
address (but not you, personally) when you visit the Baja Broadband
site. Baja Broadband uses your IP address information to deliver Baja
Broadband web pages to you that you request, to tailor the content of
our site to the interests of users, and to measure traffic within the
site.
Baja Broadband may offer some features in conjunction with other providers
to make the site more valuable to visitors. The Baja Broadband site
may also include links to other sites whose privacy policies Baja Broadband
does not control. Once you leave the Baja Broadband servers, use of
any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the
operator of the site you are visiting, which may be different from the
Baja Broadband policy.
Despite our best efforts, Baja Broadband cannot guarantee the security
of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will
not be intercepted while being transmitted to Baja Broadband over the
Internet.
